One path, four courses. Start with Identity.

This is the order I would take them in. Each course is $50, one time, and yours for life.

Every course after Identity asks you to know who you are. So that is where I start everyone.

Most people come to me wanting a better resume, a promotion, or a way out. Those problems usually start earlier: the job became the whole story, and they lost track of what they value outside of it. In Identity you write your Career Constitution, a page or two on who you are without a title. Craft, Advance, and Change are all built on it.

Some people come in for just one course, and that is okay. Start wherever you need to. My recommendation is still Identity first.

Identity Course

Remember who you are before your work made you forget.

$50 one time, yours for life

This is for you if

Your career looks fine from the outside, but somewhere along the way the job became the whole story. Feedback on your work lands like a verdict on you. You could not say, right now, what you would do if the job disappeared tomorrow.

Before you start

This is coaching, not therapy. If the work stops feeling like a detective game and starts feeling like dread, stop and get support first.

What you walk away with

  1. 01A Career Constitution: one or two pages that say who you are, independent of any title, pay band, or review. Everything else on the platform is built from it.
  2. 02Your values, sorted and ranked into core, proximity, and perimeter.
  3. 03A map of what activates and depletes you, plus your never-agains and the red flags you have learned to ignore.
  4. 04Language for why a meeting, a manager, or a whole job feels wrong.
  5. 05A baseline you can measure against months from now.
How the course moves
Set the baseline

Write down where you are today on energy, clarity, satisfaction, and how well you know yourself. Not where you think you should be.

Dig

Walk your career back to your first paid job, map what energizes and drains you, and sort a deck of value cards down to the ones that matter.

Connect the dots

Find the through line across everything that activates you, and everything that depletes you. Then practice leaning into one value on purpose.

Write it down

Your Career Constitution. The hardest work on the platform, and the part that makes everything after it start to write itself.

Career as a Craft

Stop being a mile wide and an inch deep.

$50 one time, yours for life

This is for you if

You are good at a lot of things, and that is the problem. When a hiring manager asks why you over 200 other applicants, your answer could come from anyone with your title. Maybe you have stalled at senior or staff, or you are very good at something you have quietly started to hate.

Before you start

Bring your Career Constitution from Identity. If you skipped it, do the values card sort at minimum.

What you walk away with

  1. 01A Career Narrative: the messaging document behind every resume line, LinkedIn section, and interview answer you write from here on.
  2. 02A Craft Statement: your approach, the problems you gravitate toward, and where you do your best work.
  3. 03A scored Landscape Workbook showing which parts of your work are craft, which are trap, and which are just the job.
  4. 04A bank of CLEAR stories: Context, Leverage, Emerged, Achieve, Reveal.
  5. 05A playbook of your methods and a living collection of your own work.
How the course moves
The premise

Your career is something you are. Your craft is something you do. Why no one else has your combination, and why niching is a privileged move: survival first, then depth.

Map the profession

Inventory every competency in your field. List everything you have done and want to do. Filter nothing yet.

Score it

Rate every item on knowledge, skill, and energy. Energy carries the most weight.

Narrow and prove it

Hold each candidate against your Career Constitution, back it with a CLEAR story, and draft your Craft Statement.

Make it usable

Build the playbook, the collection, and your Career Narrative.

Advancing my Career

Understand the game before you play it.

$50 one time, yours for life

This is for you if

You want to move up where you are. You are doing more than anyone on your team and your pay has not moved. You have been told "next cycle" and nothing was written down. Or you are still deciding whether you even want the promotion.

Before you start

Craft makes the growth plan and highlights work faster. This course stands on its own without it.

What you walk away with

  1. 01A map of how promotions actually happen at your company: the cycle, the panel, and the rules nobody wrote down.
  2. 02A quarterly career growth plan that gives you evidence instead of intentions.
  3. 03A highlights tracker, and a visibility tracker covering everyone on the panel.
  4. 04A clear read on whether your manager is an advocate, passive, or insecure.
  5. 05A promotion case in the format your company uses, and a written plan for if the answer is no.
How the course moves
Know what you are chasing

A title will not fix a feeling. Get clear on what you are really after, and why.

See the system

The harsh realities of promotion, one by one, and what is actually in your control.

Work at the next level

Levels differ by altitude, not volume. And all of it runs through your manager.

Map the landscape

Title, level, pay, scope. Decide which you want, then learn how your company decides.

Build the evidence

Growth plan, visibility tracker, mentors versus sponsors, and highlights written in CLEAR.

Make the case

Assemble the case, close on future impact, and know exactly what to do with a no.

Changing Jobs

Land the next job without sounding like everyone else applying.

$50 one time, yours for life

This is for you if

You were laid off, or you are unhappy enough that you have started looking, and you want a new job in the field you are already in. Every resume, including yours, reads like it was written by the same AI. Built for survival mode and for people with runway.

Not a pivot course. If you are changing fields, it will help with the mechanics, but it was not built for that problem.

Before you start

Do Identity and Craft first if you can. People who skip them struggle to say what makes them different, and no resume format fixes that.

What you walk away with

  1. 01A rewritten resume that passes four tests, with hook bullets that could fill a 30-minute interview.
  2. 02A LinkedIn profile a recruiter can decode in seconds.
  3. 03Your financial runway, calculated honestly, and whether to play the long game or the short one.
  4. 04A network inventory, a referral ask, and cold outreach that goes around the portal.
  5. 05Interview prep built on three to five signature stories.
How the course moves
Face the real situation

Why you are really leaving, and your honest runway number.

Read the market

What AI has done to hiring on both sides of the table, and how budget windows work.

Build the stories

One CLEAR story per career highlight, back to your first job.

Rebuild the assets

Audit and rewrite your resume, mirror it on LinkedIn, and map a network bigger than you think.

Go to market

Network first, outreach second, portal last. Then interview them back on your red flags.

Want more support?

The courses work on their own. If you want me in the loop while you do them, there are two ways.

Async access to me while you work. Send me your worksheets for review, and bring the career questions that come up week to week.

Questions

Do I have to start with Identity?

No. Plenty of people come in for one course, and that is fine. I still recommend Identity first, because Craft, Advance, and Change all draw on the Career Constitution you write there.

How do I add Guided Support?

Buy a course first. Guided Support is added inside the platform for $100 a month, and covers whatever you are working on.

What is the difference between Guided Support and 1:1 coaching?

Guided Support is async: you do the work, I review it and respond. Coaching is a live session with me, and it unlocks everything on the platform for 30 days.

What happens to my access when coaching ends?

Any course you bought is still yours for life. The full unlock lasts 30 days from your most recent session.
