At the start of 2026 I began my mentorship and coaching practice. I was nervous but thrilled at the same time. I could take everything I had learned about who I am, my career, what made me successful, and my biggest personal pains and lessons learned… and share that with others who were finding themselves in similar boats. I had a lot of different people reach out for help with all different types of career pains. From trying to figure out how to get promoted, to getting caught in a layoff, to trying to find a new job, to feeling lost in their career, to feeling stuck, to feeling like they looked in a mirror and could not even recognize their own life anymore.
I was so honored that people would share their own personal journeys with me as we worked to navigate them together.
As my practice grew and developed, I discovered there was a very particular type of person that I was uniquely qualified to help… AND… who I was finding some of the strongest transformations with.
People who were extremely lost… extremely vulnerable… and feeling like there was nothing special about who they were or their career.
The transformations I got to see with these clients was some of the most remarkable things I’ve ever seen. Learning how to help people reconnect with themselves and rediscover who they truly are, and then lead into that, as a superpower to navigate whatever crap was being thrown their way.
I saw so many things happen:
- Increases in confidence
- Ability to mentally separate from the chaos at work
- Exploration of long forgotten passions outside of work
- People taking care of their own mental and physical health again
- Leveraging who they are as a decision matrix for where they really want their career to go
It was magical…
I ran into a really big ethical dilemma with my coaching practice
See the people that I could provide the most amount of help with all shared one thing… they were extremely vulnerable
And I could not bring myself to take money from people who were in a vulnerable state.
So I saw people for free… a lot of people… for a loooooot of hours… for free. I don’t regret those decisions one bit. But… I can’t pay my bills with free coaching sessions.
So while taking on a handful of paying coaching clients I also returned to do some product marketing contracts on the side to help cover the financial gap (I have 1 spot open on my schedule for that by the way).
In addition to the dilemma of taking money from people, I also realized that with coaching the amount of people I could help was very limited. Limited purely by my time and availability.
So I thought and thought and thought and thought… and wrote and wrote and wrote… and recorded… and drew… and sketched… and screamed… and talked through how could I solve both problems…
How can I:
- Help as many people as possible
- While not feeling like I was exploiting people who are vulnerable
And one day it finally hit me… I believed that I could get someone 80-90% of the way there without ongoing 1:1 coaching, by packaging up my entire practice and method, into self-guided courses, worksheets, guides, videos, and interactive tools. And that was the start of the change you see today with Innervates.
Today I am so thrilled to announce that I’m entering into Beta Testing and opening up a waitlist for people who are interested in going through my program with asynchronous guidance from me.
Innervates consists of 5 main tracks:
- Your Career Identity: Helping you rediscover who you really are
- Career as a Craft: How to find the overlap between your Identity and your Career
- Stabilizing Your Work: How to stop the chaos so you can get a bit of room to breathe
- Advancing your Career: Learning and planning for your next promotion
- Making a Career Change: When it’s time to make a change, you’ll be ready

Join the Waitlist
I’m so excited for you to see what’s inside. I’m going to be slowly opening the membership to people, to ensure the platform is stable, and that I can actually handle helping the right amount of people asynchronously.
